These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sweptt platform ("Service") operated by Sweptt ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Sweptt is a cleaning management platform for short-term rental hosts. It allows you to manage properties, sync reservations from iCal feeds, assign cleaning tasks to cleaners, and track task completion with photo documentation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may invite cleaners to your organisation. You are responsible for their use of the Service under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

The Lifetime Access plan is a one-time payment that grants perpetual access to the Service for the features available at time of purchase, plus all future updates during the product's lifetime. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Sweptt product, not the customer's lifetime. If the Service is discontinued, we will give at least 90 days' notice.
Where subscription plans are offered, they are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods.
Optional add-on features (such as the Direct Booking Website) are billed separately and can be cancelled independently of your base plan.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the Lifetime Access plan. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, all sales are final.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Lifetime Access holders are not affected by price changes.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Sweptt (property details, reservation data, cleaning photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including photos taken at properties.
The Sweptt name, logo, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data imported from third-party iCal feeds.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sweptt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweptt and its team from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
